Here Again ~ Elevation Worship
God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in
trouble. Therefore we will not fear, Even though the earth be removed, And
though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though its waters
roar and be troubled, Though the mountains shake with its swelling. Selah The
Lord of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah ~ Psalms 46:1-3,

I had a very different plan about how tonight would go.
But God knew I needed to get into His presence, so He "cleared my
schedule," and He met me here.
The enemy has declared war. Fires are burning hot all over
the place. The liar has risen against us. The thief is waiting, watching for a
sign of weakness so that he can come in and steal all our peace, our joy, and
all that is ours.
But the Lord has spoken!
He is the Lord Almighty, the Lord of
hosts.
He is head of the angel armies.
He holds sway over all things - the sun, moon, stars, and
the universe.
He is the ruler of all things.
And He is with us.
He is our refuge and our strength.
He is our ever-present help in times of trouble.
He is our fortress.
He is the Beginning and the Ending.
He is who is, who was, and who is to come.
He is the Almighty.
When we face sickness or injury,
when there are changes at work or pay is cut,
when there is family discord or broken relationships,
when hurricanes come and earthquakes shake the ground,
when tornadoes strike and fires burn,
when nothing makes sense and we need a warrior, a hero,
and a place to hide,
Remember…
He is the Lord Almighty, the Lord of Hosts.
And because He is for us, we will not
fear!
